From The Spanish Consultant's Baby
Ramón's hot chocolate
- 500ml milk
- 60g milk (sweet) chocolate
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 egg yolks
Stir milk, chocolate and cinnamon over a low heat until the chocolate melts.
Beat in eggs.
Add the egg yolks and beat until thick, but do not boil.
Pour into mugs and enjoy!
