From The Doctor's Royal Love-Child
Melinda's avocado, prawn and chilli salad
(with thanks to fellow Penhally author Caroline Anderson, who fed me this in the first place...)
- One avocado
- 250g prawns
- 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce
Serves 2.
Peel, stone and slice avocado.
Add prawns and chilli sauce and mix together.
Allow flavours to mingle for about 10 minutes, then serve on a bed of salad leaves.
