From Their Christmas Dream Come True
Kit's carrot and orange soup

• 500g carrots, peeled and sliced
• 1 x orange
• 1 onion, peeled and chopped
• 500 ml stock

Put the carrots, onion and stock in a pan.

Grate the zest of the orange and add to pan.

Bring to the boil, then turn down to a simmer. Cook for about 30 mins (until carrots are soft).

Meanwhile squeeze the orange.

Add the orange juice to the contents of the pan, then blend until smooth.

Season to taste and enjoy!
